Respite | Broward Children's Center

little boyFinding the right childcare can be challenging, especially for a child with special needs. When you need to travel, de-stress, become sick, or just need some personal time, turn to Broward Children’s Center’s Respite Program.

Broward Children’s Center offers Respite to parents and families, providing a temporary break from the day-to- day care of their child with special needs. Whether in client homes, or at one of our centers in Pompano Beach, or Dania Beach, our trained and experienced Respite professionals deliver high-quality care for a few hours, or a few
days, to keep families healthy, happy, and together.

Eligible recipients of Respite include:

  • Broward County residents
  • Infants, children, and young adults (ages birth to 17) with a diagnosis of autism, cerebral palsy, a delay in
language, cognitive, or physical development, or any special medical condition
