Brought about even more exciting changes as Broward Children’s Center opened a state-of-the-art residential facility,
designed to meet the unique needs of medically fragile and technologically dependent young adults over the age of 21.

This 8-bed home was designed to serve ventilator-assisted residents that require 24-hour nursing and respiratory services.
Funding for this home was received from the Florida Legislature, with the assistance of our local State Representative.
